This year I paid extra to have a TurboTax agent double check everything and for the Max package for help with an audit if I need it and identity theft if that happens and the other things that were listed. I feel better knowing I have help. I also tried the Live chat agent and loved it! They were quick in responding and you can share your screen if you want!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best way to do your taxes! I did have an issue when I was filing myself but using the Turbo Tax Assisted Deluxe helped resolved the issue right away! I'm happy to say that I got to chat with someone who was willing to take the time to help me out!
