Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great experience, painless and easy I had stopped using my previous accountant for a variety of reasons and decided that I would try Turbo Tax. However, I really like the idea of someone who is an expert doing the return. I started with Alicia, who spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with me on a Sunday. She was able to advise me of any additional paperwork I might need. When it turned out that I had some additional needs not covered by her expertise, she reassigned me. Christina took over. She messaged me in advance, and despite being called away from work on the day of my phone appointment, she spoke with me briefly and advised me that she needed some additional documents. She did not feel that we needed to spend more time on the phone, so, after I uploaded the documents, she worked on it overnight and messaged me the next morning. She was good about messaging and responded promptly. Both women were friendly, efficient, professional and helpful. I feel that it was money well spent.
