After completing my taxes, a glitch in the system reorganized many of the numbers and data- causing unnecessary confusion and wasting my time having to recheck and re-enter everything. Even the help desk agent was confused as to how this could have happened. Wasted 4 hours of my life. Causing distress and unnecessary stress. I will be using something else next year if this continues. If you use them this year- beware of the glitch!
