Rated 4 out of 5 by from good tool for self filers I've used TurboTax for years now. This year I'm using a new computer, so I don't have the luxury of importing my previous years filings. There needs to be a way to import our filings from TurboTax's website, as my previous computer died on me and I've been with TurboTax almost 10 years now.

However, there was one point where I used the chat now icon to speak with someone from Turbo Tax to help resolve an issue I was having. I opted to receive a call rather than message back and forth. Six minutes later I received a call from a representative about my issue. She did not know the answer to my question so she transfered me to someone else (understandable), but that next representative was having computer issues and said she would have to get off the phone and would call me back shortly. I NEVER received a call back. I eventually figured out the issue on my own. Both of the representatives were nice but it would have been great to get a call back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes taxes bearable. Repeat user of several years. Not gonna lie, this year's was a bit rocky at first. There was a glitch with uploading my W2 that didn't allow me to eFile. I tried several times and finally, online help was able to resolve the issue. I will definitely continue to use TurboTax in the future.
