Rated 3 out of 5 by from Filed I couldn't go back to places I needed to go back to. The "help" was just searching FAQ and didn't answer my questions on navigating the flow of the filing. Overall, I was able to get through it. It should've been free for servicemembers but was forcing me to choose the paid option and I just paid because I wanted to get this over with.
