Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was okay. Turbo Tax is easy to use and I have used it for the past five years, expect I did not like the fees I had to pay this year to use Turbo Tax. Due to paying interest on student loans in 2020, I had to upgrade to Turbo Tax Deluxe in order to file. Turbo Tax advertises as Upgrading for 40 dollars, however when you upgrade you upgrade 40 dollars per federal and state costing you 80 dollars to file. I had to use Deluxe for paying 210.00 dollars in Student Loan interest that cost 80 dollars. I found this frustrating and very unhelpful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The easiest way to file Taxes! I've used Turbo Tax for years and although they are priced fairly to do the Federal return, the state tax was priced higher for some reason and then there's the extra $$ to get a direct deposit....but overall, it's the only way for me to go!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Time and Money Saver! The step by step process is easy to follow with examples and instructions at the ready. Make sure you have all your documents ready to go, but if you don't, Turbo Tax will save your place until you do! My favorite part was the peace of mind at the final review, when I opted to have a tax expert review my forms. The process was complete in less than 24 hours and accurate. My 2020 taxes were more on the complicated side and filing with Turbo Tax saved me about 50% of the cost to prepare/file my 2019 taxes with another firm. Well worth the time and investment!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is awesome It makes doing taxes easy and I learn a lot from it. I always file my taxes early now and I get it done all in about an hour or so. It really is a great product and I've got my friends and family to use it too!
