Rated 4 out of 5 by from OKAY BUT NOT PERFECT I HAD TROUBLE TRYING TODO MY TAXES WITH SOFTWAARE PRCHASED FROM SAMS CLUB.AFTER CONTACTING TURBOTAX I STILL COULD NOT GET IT TO WORK. FINALLY HAD TO PURCHSE SOFTWARE ONLINE TO COMPLETE MY TAXES. ERGO COST ME TWICE AS MUCH !

She was knowledgeable and responsive to help with my complex situation, but most importantly she was very friendly and easy to work with. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy to use Turbo Tax is always easy to use and navigate to where I need to go. The only issue I ran into is with an out of state return. I am caught in a loop. I was able to e-file federal and my state but the out of state I have to send in manually.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo is great I like the fact that it is fast and easy to fill out your taxes. However, I would like it better if you could pay for your Federal and State tax all in one. I think that it is totally stupid that they charge twice to file for both. The agents that help are great and they do get the max out of your refund and will stay with you as long as it takes.
