Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not as good as last year I always itemize even though it doesn't count in the long run, but the program wouldn't let me this year. Even an "expert" live person couldn't help. And there was a referral to a box that I supposedly checked that was no where to be found. Been using Turbo Tax for years and years.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent Service, A tad bit pricey Turbo Tax always walks you through each section and is easy to understand. I had to talk with a representative about an error that occurred. The representative was patient, kind, and thorough. She helped find a solution to my problem. The price seems a bit high, but while the service is easy to use and the representatives kind, I will continue to use it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax gets better each year. For the first time this year, I had a problem after I paid for my return. I contacted customer support and they called me back immediately. The support person walked me through how to correct the error I noticed on the actual schedules once I paid. Taxes are a pain but at least Turbo Tax gives us the option to do our returns ourselves if you keep good records.
