Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax overcharged me I bought the product at Costco. It plainly said you could download the product instead of using the CD. I followed all instructions, installed and prepared my return. At the end, I had to pay for the product again in order to file. I expected to pay for state filing, but I had to pay for Turbotax again ($40). Called support, they (the supervisor) said I had used the online product and had to pay, even though I had entered the license code for the product. I have used Turbotax for several years but next year I will consider other products.
