Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW! amazing I was Horrified to file my tax at first because i been paying somebody to do my tax to avoid any mistake but i didnt expect turbot tax made it easier for alot of people to file tax on their own! Good Job Turbo Tax

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So much better than FreeTaxUSA!! I was skeptical to use anything other than FreeTaxUSA because Ive used them since 2016. But immediately upon starting this years return with TurboTax, I knew the customer service and attention to detail was going to be unbeatable. The detailed questions, the credit tracking to make sure your get every single penny you're entitled to, all of it! 10/10 recommend!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Meh Issues with responsiveness of the downloaded version, kept repeating questions that I already answered. Was supposed to have been able to connect to Robinhood but was unable. Was kind of confusing. In the past when I used the online version it seemed more intuitive, not sure why the downloaded version is so different. Wanted to try an message the live expert as seen in commercials but it was not apparent on how to do that, maybe it wasn't an option on the downloaded version.
