Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not much better than HRB I've been using TT for years. Tried to use HRB, but it wasn't processing my brokerage info very well. So, I switched back to TT. It did a better job of processing my brokerage 1099s. But, then it got hung up on a couple of things and I couldn't override it and couldn't correct it without deleting an entire entry and reentering it correctly. I tried to contact the phone line support, but never got a call back. But, after a few hours I eventually figured out how to fix the problem and am now able to file. So, TT is not spectacular. But, not hopeless.

It also help me find tax deductions. I was stuck in one part but customer service was able to walk me through this part with a lot of patience.
