I do like how now you can upload W2 so that you don't have to type numbers in yourself however the price of the program is becoming cost prohibitive. I did utilize help via the chat feature. I found it to be frustrating to work with this feature. It was difficult to keep the chat visible while receiving help from the expert.

She assisted us through the entire process and made it so simple and she was absolutely amazing and so nice and personable.
