Rated 4 out of 5 by from works well overall! 15 year veteran! I have been using TurboTax (TT) for at least 15 years. Never had an issue with the software. My only complaint is that the extra state tax returns ar $40 each which is almost as much as the basic version of TT costs. Many other competitors now offer unlimited states and free state and federal e-filing

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Issues Filing This Year Not pleased with my Turbotax experience this year. My return has been rejected three times and its still not clear to me what needs to be done. I signed in to the IRS to get a IP PIN but at the final filing stages it does not tell me where I need to enter this number.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX Cost $30 more to file on line in place of buying disk. my new computer does not have a disk drive; therefor I was forced to go on line. The process as the same but you charge more for filing on line. That is wrong!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is the ONLY one I TRUST I have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years. it's the only one I need because it's easy, straight forward and intuitive. Most of all, it's reliable, trustworthy and I have received my refunds within weeks. Thanks TurboTax.
