That included multiple pauses from me as I navigated different tech options, like opening my PC and my phone to lookup info that she walked me through. It's the middle of the night, yet her instructions were clear!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax not perfect but still recommended. I have used TurboTax for as long as I have filed tax. This last few years, there are increasing errors because of the way TurboTax asked questions. This is causing me more time on searching for answers on the internet. Which also means that TurboTax is not saving me time as it had in the past. Hope it won't get worsen every year but with improvement in future years. For example, HSA and W2 confusion on how you asked us to fill it out. I am sure you can easily find our what TurboTax users is searching on Google on errors (which means that the program should improve on the setup or questions in those areas). Thanks!

As my children became adults they also are users. the software is user friendly and if there is something I don't understand there is always someone there ready to help me. I also am a user of the Identity Theft Program and the Audit Service.

I feel like I know exactly what is entailed in this process and can make better financial decision through the year because this system is so detailed!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Same thing every year..... I only use it because it keeps a record of my previous years filings. They get me to buy the product by default. The product is pretty bad in my opinion. They have done a great job of catching people into a "trap" to access old tax return amounts.
