She was able to help answer all of my questions and the ones she did not know, she was able to find using her resources. The only problem we both experienced is that she was unable to view my screen for some reason, and the "Cobrowser" button at the bottom of the page was not functioning, so she had to have me be her eyes, but aside from that issue, she was still able to help and she was also a pleasant and hilarious conversation partner which made the entire process that much better!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still the Best! I have used Turbo Tax Premium for several years and have looked at others. Turbo Tax is the most comprehensive and detailed brand available. It is by far the easiest to use. I will continue to use this product. Keep up the good work!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My choice every year The only thing that I don't like, actually go crazy over is printing my copy. I don't want all the 1040 ES forms and a lot of the worksheets. But each year I struggle with how the program lets me pick just what I want. Needs improvement.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from OVERALL GREAT ONLINE PRODUCT IS STRAIGHTFORWARD, CLEAR. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS WERE EXCEPTIONAL. HOWEVER THE AUTOMATED SERVICE THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE IS TERRIBLE. DID NOT UNDERSTAND SPEECH AND NOT RESPONSIVE TO INPUTS AND PREMATURELY HUNG UP BEFORE TRANSFER.
