The expert addressed all of them patienty and showed that the treatments were correct for filing. She readily had the answers to my questions and her manner was professional. With her help, I don't know how I would have proceed further.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Helpful and thorough Turbotax has been really useful tool to file my tax returns and it's very thorough. Using the deluxe version, I also get to learn different things that are considered deductible that will help me get the most refund as much as possible.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from issues TurboTax would not open the option to enter my credit card information to pay the fee. I then could not open the PDF to print a copy of my return. How do I receive a copy of my tax forms? And now it is not allowing me to use the nickname I chose.
