Rated 3 out of 5 by from Less efficient, less helpful this year. Changes to Turbo Tax this year made using Turbo Tax more cumbersome and not as helpful as in former years. In addition, the "live" help was nonexistent. I tried but could only get the pre-typed responses. I finished and indicated that yes I would like an expert review. However, the first "appointment" was weeks away. Not what I expected given the hype.
