Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax Is a Pain to Do to Save Some Money There were quite a few things that didn't work that I had to end up doing manually, like the 1099-DIV form. Also just to get the forms submitted I had to approve about five things. I know it's not their fault on the approvals, but it was very frustrating.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Thank you! I was a little confused by the fees on both Federal and State returns-I think the fees could be more transparent. Besides that, this technology is really awesome. The new QR Code feature is quite helpful. It makes this process less scary.

It ok service, but i dont understand why on earth you will be charging another fee because i choose the option that you should get your fee from my refund. After the state and federal fee you already charged, Turbo still added another $39 for asking them that they should charge after the return hit my account. For me, that is illegal .
