Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another year, another FIT filed - easy peasy! I've used TurboTax Basic since before the turn of the century/millennium. After being "led" by the hand a couple of times, it has become easy to just elect to review the prior year entries and update them to the year in question (I've had no change in filing status or need to add or remove forms). I was able to complete this year's filing in one day - by waiting until all the necessary reporting foms were on hand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax customer support is awful I attempted to engage with turbo tax support on three occassions. I was only ever connected on two occassions. On one call, the support person hung up on me when I asked about cheaper filing options given the simplicity of my return. On the other, they had no idea how to answer my question, which was I wanted to file an itemized return instead of a standard deduction
