Rated 3 out of 5 by from It does help. I like that it makes everything reasonably easy, but there are things that are annoying. Like I am entitled to a refund because of things I pay for but don't get paid back for as a teacher, but I dont know how much I would get unless I agree to pay for an upgrade. If they at least told me what I might get back before I upgrade, I would consider it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to navigate. Software was easy to navigate. Any questions I had about forms (1099, 1098-T, ECT) I received in the mail, I was able to enter the name of the form into the search bar and was directed to where i enter that information in.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Faulty loop in paying for e-file on State Taxes While attempting to e.file a return, I got stuck in a loop in the pay for state efile process. System went out to Intuit and allowed me to pay for the efile, then sent me back to Turbotax and kept asking me to pay for my efile, never letting me proceed to efile my Federal and State taxes. I contacted support the first time this happened, and was on the phone for just over an hour and it was resolved (Case #1520008543) by the support person running through a $0.00 charge to my CC and giving me the Auth Code to put in the screen on my Turbotax application. Then again today this same error happened when I went to file my own taxes. Went to pay for the state tax efile and back into the same loop. Got a different person (Case #1520636614) this person wasn't able to assist me, so even though I paid $25 to efile my state return, I faked the system out by not efiling my state return, only efiled my Federal return. That worked my Fed retrun has already been accepted. I am having to print my State return and am headed to the Post Office now to get it mailed.
