Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax Business 2022 - Poor Technical Support We've used TurboTax Business and Turbo Tax Home & Business for 20 years. This year I made a mistake entering the quantity of year end shares in our S-Corp in TurboTax Business 2022. As such, there was a difference between the start of the year quantity of shares and the end of the year quantity of shares on the K-1. I searched TurboTax Business 2022 for ways to correct the incorrect year end quantity to no avail. I searched TurboTax online community to no avail. I contacted TurboTax technical support. I spent 75 minutes on the phone, the majority of that time on hold with a service rep that didn't know how to change the end of the year share quantity. The service rep supervisor gave me the number for IRS Business line as the next level of tech support. It was extremely frustrating. I had to submit the return with the incorrect share information because I was out of time with the filing deadline of March 15.
