Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax got cutesy this year, not in a good way. Been using TurboTax since 2006. This was the first time I felt like I was playing a game aimed at 6th graders. It got too cutesy, too clever, too funner. This is taxes, this is money... Just keep it simple, plain and serious, Intuit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easiest Tax Filing Ever To start from the beginning Dani G helped me upload and organize my documents to get them ready for my tax expert to file. She was very patient with me and had a very warm personality. I usually get quite anxious about doing my taxes but she made the process easy and didn’t rush me at all. She deserves a lot of praise. Also I was told to write “odd duck pizza” for her. Now to move on to Christine my tax expert. She was very patient from the start especially when I needed time to locate a form I was missing. She stayed in touch and was quick to respond to any questions I had. She made sure that I knew exactly what to expect for the final outcome of my tax return so I didn’t get any surprises. She made the whole process smooth and easy to understand and I really appreciated her help. Will definitely use this service again in the future.
