Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax use to be free I was ok with most everything except for the fact that I kept saying I didn't want the savings credit, kept avoiding it cuz I didnt want an extra 45 dollars just to have to pay you $59 for your Deluxe edition. Yet, no matter what I did, you'd make me select it! So basically, I was using your Free Edition till I was forced(I say forced cuz there was no other option!) to pay for your services. Chances are I will be using a different company next year so im not "forced" to pay you for a free service again next year. Good luck!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not What It Used To Be!!!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE!! I cant' understand why Turbo Tax INSISTS on importing EVERY SINGLE BIT OF LAST YEAR'S INFORMATION into my return for this year!!!! All it does is complicate EVERYTHING!!! Why even have a "Clear & Start Over" function if that isn't what it does????!!!!! If I hit Clear & Start Over I still get forms and information from last year's return that no longer apply imported/added to this year's return and then when I go thru the "review" function I get all these issues/items popping up that need to be entered or clarified. Absolutely Horrible and FRUSTRATING!!!!! Turbo Tax isn't what it used to be.....You guys have gotten LAZY!!!! I'll be using a different program/company next year!
