Rated 3 out of 5 by from Way too much upselling The only reason I use Turbotax anymore is because I am too lazy to enter all my data again into another site. The price is always increasing, yet there is a constant stop in the process to try and upsell to a more expensive version. It is extremely annoying.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely TAXING and PROLONGED process. NOT FREE It seemed like I would never get done. I came to file with Turbo Tax because of their advertisement as free if you file on your own with no assistance. I did so and was still charged $73.55. The application went on forever and it wasN almost impossible to just get to the end and submit my form. I was not asked if I wanted to include state taxes after going through the work of doing so only to say that that was an extra $65. No thank you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buggy software I encountered a bug during my filling... the software kept using standard deductions even after my itemized deductions were more than standard deductions. Software versions are confusing. It gives no idea how to handle a business closure.
