Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have used Turbo Tax for 9 years now. Very happy! You can not beat the ease which you are able to do your taxes with Turbo Tax. It works great for people with businesses on the side in addition to W2 income.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Service I think the navigation of it is very easy but I find charging somebody 217 dollars and they’re still able to do their taxes on their own is a little outrageous. You’re really charging a lot of money just to use your platform not to actually do it for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from software is meh - poor UI loop back in the UI is having issues. you can't delete certain items (some you can). After i complete many "checks / reviews" it still says in needs attention or visit (which is incorrect). Apple App (ipad) is very bad, had to switch to computer (taxes are not fun, but when you can't complete on your couch and need to go to a desk - it makes it worse) let go turbo tax, you need to fix the app - poor UI very poor UI
