Rated 5 out of 5 by from I should never have defected! TurboTax is an excellent product. Usually, I welcome a refund with them. Last year, we went with a cheaper alternative. However, this year I had a complicated filing situation and needed to call the live help on three consecutive evenings. I could not have done this without Anthony, and two other awesome women whose names I neglected to record. I am grateful that during multiple family calamities and other events, this service was offered. I was able to receive a little peace of mind relating to this very stressful filing season.
