I had new forms I needed to file this year but had no clue if I was entering it correctly or where other forms being mentioned were, and a bunch of other questions I didn't know where to start with. I decided to get the upgrade to be able to talk with a Tax Expert and I'm so glad I did! She was very patient with me and helped walk me through filing them correctly as well as, answering my questions along the way. I felt confidant filing my taxes this year! Thank you Heather!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboxTax made my life much easier. Without TurboxTax, I had to hire an accountant which would have costed me even more money. The step by step guide was very helpful to me. I learnt about how the process worked with a clear guidance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Return was much easier since I used Turbotax last Although I believe tax filing is a scam and it should be done automatically by the government, filing with Turbotax was quite easy with the carryover information from the previous year.

I had so much anxiety at the thought of doing it on my own this year and this site really made everything easy breezy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax used to be easy. It is no longer. It took way too long. The questions were sometimes puzzling, and costs were added along the way. I purchased TurboTax as a download I think for $75, and by the time I was done I spent almost $200.
