Rated 3 out of 5 by from very disappointed this year For some unknown reason, you kept insisting I had about $15,000 more income than I did. I have no idea where you got such an idea. I never entered any such numbers. I had to delete my business info from all the years past and start ALL OVER. And I still ended up paying $1,000 more than last year, even though I made a good bit less. Navigating the form this year was not easy.

All areas for gathering information are well labeled in a way it makes sense to a non financial person like me. My children and husband think I am so smart because I do our taxes! Thank you Turbo Tax for making me smart, LOL
