Rated 4 out of 5 by from A couple of issues Two gripes: First, I got a "whoops something happened" message and it wouldn't reconnect. I closed my browser and tried signing on again and nothing. Eventually I re-started my Mac and was finally able to get back in. Second: I find it impossible to upload by K-1 forms to TurboTax. Not sure if it's TurboTax's fault or the "tax packages support" folks. But this needs to be fixed. Another minor annoyance - no provision for entering complete addresses of non-US entities, like a partnership in the Bahamas, or a child's college being in Europe - no zip codes! I realize this is the way the federal forms work, but gee whiz, I've been griping about this since 2015.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax Business 2022 is INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING! I've used Turbotax Business before, but this time was exasperating. It refused to link and import my Quickbooks Desktop data for no apparent reason (QBW file was fine, no issues), so I had to manually enter all the data! Then it wouldn't e-file because it didn't like a wholly valid Business Activity Code. Add that Intuit will no longer support QB Desktop and I'm about done with them. NOT HAPPY!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy Question and Answer, Issues, Cost Higher It doesn't get much easier than answering easy questions, connecting to my accounts so that information can be pulled from them and uploading information by taking a picture on a cell phone. I spent 2 hours entering my information and then had an issue with the Turbo Tax system telling me I didn't quality for a tax credit because I made 97 million on one screen and then another screen stated I made 273 million. I called customer service and he advised that I remove my W2's but I was still getting the same error so he recommended I delete the 2+ hours of work and start over. I wasn't happy but I went with his recommendation only to find the error pop up again when I scanned an unemployment document with my phone and uploaded it. Although the information was correctly pulled into the form fields something in the background was causing the system to think I made 97 million dollars. I removed the unemployment form and then manually entered the data thus resolving the issue. The cost of the DIY Turbo Tax service was more than what I paid my local accountant / tax services to do it for me and on top of the higher cost I ended up having to spend 5 hours doing it myself because of the issues I ran into. I might use the service again next year. Not sure just yet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Pleased I don't like how you start out using the FREE Turbo Tax but later it FORCES you to upgrade. No way to opt out. They going to MAKE you pay the fees. I should have went to another service. But I know for next year.
