Rated 2 out of 5 by from Must Pay to See Forms. Not a Simple Process. I've been using TurboTax for more than 12 years. It has now evolved into a frustratingly repetitive process that requires you to answer an ever-increasing number of minute questions. I use to be able to look at the completed forms and review them. Since leaving the CD versions behind and going with the Cloud version, I am now on the search for a different experience.

Every year though I find it so annoying when I have to enter the same data more than once because the application doesn't use previously entered information all the time. It does more than 75% of the time, but why not 100% of the time? That's why I say it's "close to being awesome".

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Still Awesome! I have been using Turbo Tax for the past decade and I will never use anyone else. Their online tax service is extremely easy to use and thorough! Each section is clearly explained and if you do need further examples or instructions, they provide deeper detail for you!
