Rated 3 out of 5 by I hate downloads from Like to use it, frequent updates annoying! As we are retired and receive income from several sources, I like to enter each soon after they come in the mail. The problem is that almost each time I open it up, I have to down load another upgrade, which is annoying. I have even had to wait for an upgrade when going back and opening up a file from a previous year!! I wish they would either away w with the down loads or make it possible to enter items and download when closing instead of when opening up. I hope someone not only listens to this but also does something about it. I have been using TurboTax for years. and this is the most annoying thing to me about using TurboTax While I find TurboTax user friendly otherwise, I wish that they would not do so many up

This year there is a glitch, though, I cannot pull business file from QuickBooks 2019, which is disappointing! The reason that we did not upgrade the QuickBooks is for fear of changes in the software causing trouble in our accounting workload. Every time there is any glitch in QuickBooks, it takes so much time and effort to investigate and correct!
