The price is always increasing, yet there is a constant stop in the process to try and upsell to a more expensive version. It is extremely annoying.

I came to file with Turbo Tax because of their advertisement as free if you file on your own with no assistance. I did so and was still charged $73.55. The application went on forever and it wasN almost impossible to just get to the end and submit my form. I was not asked if I wanted to include state taxes after going through the work of doing so only to say that that was an extra $65. No thank you.
