Rated 2 out of 5 by fivefive five from taking advantage of people isn't cool While TurboTax is a great service for getting the job done and the filing process was smooth, it's unfortunate how steep their fees are, with very little to no, arguably, notification that they will lock you into charges. I had to file an amendment, but couldn't do so without paying nearly $200 for my taxes to be filed; with no other way to complete this task because the 1040X form does not provide proper instruction on filing, my options were either pay the $200 fee or hire a lawyer or accountant (more expensive) to accurately complete my taxes. @TurboTax, stop taking advantage of the system. Please and thank you.

The application and processes itself are pretty good, but the integration with Quickbooks Online is terrible. Jumping through all the hoops to get the data imported is quite frankly unacceptable. If not for the terrible integration, it would be 5 stars
