Rated 3 out of 5 by from Upsell is frustrating. I do not like TurboTax continued effort to upsell to a more expensive version. Several times while working on the return, I had to select what version is wanted. In addition, takes quite a bit of time to complete the return. Lots of buttons to move to the next screen.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not file! I have been filing with turbotax for 7 years now, and not one year have i had to PAY money to pay to file my state taxes with my refund. So i had to pay 59 to even file my taxes (never had to do before) and then pay 39 to be able to pay the 59 with the refund i was getting, ALSO never had to do. I will not be filing with turbotax ever again

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good software. the medical mileage was confusing. Had miles but was unable to use it because of software. Wish you could preview some pages in the return before filing. Wanted to see how the filing status changed the refund. No detail available. Great in asking the questions pertinent to the return. will use again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the Best!! For me Turbo Tax is reasonably simple to do my taxes. Depending on the complexity of my returns it generally takes me 3 to 4 hours to file. I really like the capability to complete the forms myself or download them online. I do have one complaint. When are you going to offer LARGER FONTS?? The font size is very difficult for me to read.
