Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy i was worried about the many changes i had over this past year and needed an expert to help. my work schedule is horrible hours for getting anything done during the day and i am a single parent. being able to do this at home and have such great service i would defiantly recommend

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Could do better The Turbo program needs work. Prior programs were much better. This one seems jumpy and kept doing a REVISIT when there was no need. I did one section ten times and still filed it with that on it. It is apparent that you are wanting the customer to do the enhanced filing with your employee. I also did not like the four dot blue rotating icon. Very distracting. Also get rid of all the baby blue and make things a little more business formatted rather thaan a nursery.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent for getting the forms filed Some funny glitches. Eg, I accidentally checked the box that I received K-1 income from a partnership. I realized the mistake and unchecked the box and continued. The return would not e-file because it wanted me to enter information about the K-1 provider. I could not get the software to realize I did not receive any K-1s. It inserted zeroes, but still wanted provider data. Very frustrating. Otherwise good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is fast and relatively painless Doing this year's tax return through Turbo Tax was faster than last year! The product just seems to get better each year. Took about 2 hours. Much less painful than any other method I know and faster!
