She took the time to work with me to get all the necessary documents including background documents to correct errors from past returns. Full service was definitely helpful in sorting out my tax issues because I usually do the taxes myself with the Turbotax software and this year due to an error in depreciation reporting the software was not providing the service I needed with the filing of a 3115.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Free Federal and State Returns, with Basic! I was able to file free Federal and State Returns, with the Basic Edition. I accidentally selected an upgraded product. Customer Service returned my call request for a call within 2 mins. and the Customer Service Rep. Hamyia, was very kind, and supportive. And did all she could to help out. I was able to clear and start over, using the Basic Edition. And everything worked out!!! I loved using this version of TurboTax this year! For real.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Made Filing Easy (With a Few Surprises) I've used TurboTax to file my taxes every year for the last 7 years or so. Usually I buy the CD and install on my desktop. This year I used the online version since I also have QuickBooks and thought there might be some syncing capabilities. The overall tax prep process is pretty nice. Easy questions. Moves step-by-step. TurboTax online doesn't sync everything with QuickBooks, but it did bring over expenses which is a huge time saver. With my business, I owed federal taxes. However, I received a refund from my residential state. Figure that out. The real surprise? My full time job is in another state. The last two years, I had to pay zero nonresidential out of state taxes. This year, I owed over $1,000. What the what?
