Rated 2 out of 5 by from Problem with Gov't Issued IP PIN Can be confusing at times. I can never e-file with Turbo Tax because the Federal Gov't issued me a 6 digit IP PIN with I must use to file my return; however, Turbo Tax ONLY allows you to enter a 5 digit PIN. There for I have to print my return instead of e-filing so I can manually enter that 6 digit Pin required by the IRS. Very frustrating and inconvenient for something that should be so simple for TurboTax to fix. Happens every year!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Did not need to use Premier I am very disappointed because I was not offered the option to downgrade the version I was using. My taxes are very simple. I take the standard deduction and do not own a home or any rental properties, and have no dependents. I was not offered the option to switch when I started my taxes. It just defaulted to what I have used before. And the price has gone up again. I spent longer trying to figure out how I could switch to the less expensive version than I spent doing my taxes. Could not find a way. I have used Turbo Tax for MANY years, but I will think twice about using Turbo Tax next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as easy as last year This years was not as easy to maneuver as last year if a person does not have business income there should be an option to just skip it as in no business income box I used to be an auditor for MN revenue so I know this can be done. also when a mistake is made it isn't so easy to correct at the least you should be able to select forms and go in to correct.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from bought turbo tax deluxe from sam/s club Bought Turbo Tax deluxe from internet Sam's Club. Loaded it. during the entries it said I had to buy the premium for 119.00 because I sold a couple stocks. I thought I should have paid the difference. A big rip off.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from No different than any other option. It was just like any other online tax filing service that I've used in the past. My only hang up here is that it told me to do an 2nd state return which in turn cost me $59 to process... I didn't have any income in that state and there was no real breakdown of why I was filing... But I don't want to make the IRS mad, so I went ahead and did it.
