Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too expensive I am a student who made less than $5,000 last year and could not get in touch with TurboTax to see why they were charging me nearly $300 in filing fees for a simple return. They didn't last year and I was surprised to learn of it this year. I didn't have time to transfer everything to a new service and timely file. So, congrats TT, you got my money this year, but have lost a potential life time customer.
