Rated 4 out of 5 by from Had to repeatedly review and sign in and redo ever The mobile sign in was labor intensive. Maybe an extra pin number would be easier. I had so many verification codes I had trouble keeping track of the old ones.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes filing taxes relatively simple The entry of 1099-R income by entering the numbers manually is poorly designed. A number of fields that don't apply need to be "X" out so as not to be required. The IRA/SepSimple box question is repeated, why?? After the "Payer" information is entered the next screen identifies errors for items that haven't been enter yet. The whole process needs to be better developed

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It was painful I am most disappointed that I could not see the details of my prior years review - I have filed using TurboTax for the past 5 consecutive years, and while it shows some summary info for last year, details are not available. Also, there were numerous cases in which the input was thoroughly confusing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Satisfied with 1.5 hour process It helps that I've used it in previous years because it prefills a lot of info that I only need to verify. I had no glitches and got done in a reasonable 90 minutes.
