Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax needs some work Too much unncessary intrusions by Intuit into personal data not needed specifically for the tax return. As further demonstrated by the data required for this review. K-1 and Shedule A need work to ease the pain of fund investors. The copy-paste function for the Wealthfront app specific passowrd still does not work (3-years in a row now). The fact that taxes/shipping/handling will be collected on the electronic filings should be acknowledged up front.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Over paid for useless service and support I thought upgrading to Delux version would afford me expert live assistance and could help me if maximizing my return, but it's a waste of time and money. All they do is hover over your prompted pages and tell you to click next, but won't afford you any actual advice beyond exactly what is described in the info buttons.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Do loops are extremely irritating!! I have two issues with TurboTax. The first is that it takes you over the same stuff multiple times for no reason. that is extremely wasteful of the users time. The second is that it doesn't allow you to fix a supposed problem in order to e-file. I got stuck in a "do loop" regarding rental days.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Done with this business model This is the last time I overpay for this product and watch countless commercials taunt me with lower prices that first-time filers get. My taxes are by no means complicated, I just stuck with TurboTax this long because it might be convenient to have data in one place, but since I had to manually enter anything, I don't see the point in this product, especially at this pricing. Good luck next year.
