Rated 1 out of 5 by from I Am Done With TurboTax Absolutely Terrible. Every Year TurboTax Gets More Complicated, More Annoying With Its Push For Products NOBODY Wants, More Expensive, Etc. I Have Used TurboTax For Years And I Have NEVER Been This Disappointed, Annoyed, & Absolutely Furious When I Was Finished. Just Stop... Almost $200 For Me To DO MY OWN Taxes & I Didn't Even Get Any Upgrades Like MAX. Constantly Adding Things To My Tax Returns I Know Nothing About Then Telling Me To Fill Stuff In For It That's Missing Like I'm Supposed To Know... You Pulled It From Last Years Return Supposedly, So Why Don't You Pull ALL The Information You Need. What A Joke! I'll Try H&R Block Next Year... I'm Done

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax TurboTax works pretty well for the most part; some parts can be buggy though. There were times where I keep getting asked to verify an external login password or a text message verification code and even if I input the information correctly, the page would just refresh and re-ask to authenticate. Luckily, I was able to solve the problem by backing out of the form completely and re-doing the dialogue prompts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love using TurboTax TurboTax makes so many things easy, just from the basic migrating of the tax forms from your employer, brokerage, and so forth, to making sure you get the deductions you need and the options for your situations. I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years and never had one problem with filing on time and getting my best refunnd!
