Rated 2 out of 5 by from Stuck in Entry loop For the third year in a row now, I've been stuck in a Data entry loop where I enter the same material over and over again and it acts like I need to continue doing so. The fix is always to go back and retake a previous section to end up clearing out whatever was bugged up. This is getting ridiculous.

I have used H&R Block multiple times and they ask the same questions but charge more money than the TurboTax download. I enjoy being able to do them on my own schedule with breaks to find the paperwork I need to have. Only thing I wish was that many of the explanations were in more laymans termsas I am far from a tax professional. Overall a great product

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is simply the best! Going on my fourth year using TurboTax, it seems to get easier and easier! Everything is imported from the previous year, making filing that much simpler and easy to do. If you ever get stuck, or don't understand a topic...there's a live agent to help explain what something means. Also, there's links to click on for certain tax topics that might be hard to understand. TurboTax does a fantastic job of explaining in detail tax terms/subjects, so non-tax experts like myself can understand! Thank you TurboTax!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is easy! I have been using Turbotax since I was old enough to do my own taxes. So for over 23 years. It is easy to use, and takes you through everything step by step. If I had to use a Pro Tax service it would cost me much more.
