Rated 3 out of 5 by from I've been using Turbotax for many years. In recent years, there are glitches that cause the US dept. of revenue to amend my returns. This is very frustrating as I usually end up owing more in taxes! Also, it's very difficult when using a laptop!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst year ever with Turbo Tax! I've been using turbo tax for 6 years. This time was the worst experience ever! It was slow, kept getting pop-up's (Opps--we hit a snag) I'll be seeing spinning blue dots in my sleep!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Overpriced but at least it works They charge an arm and a leg for a pretty simple service. Honestly the only reason why I use them is to import my stock trades so I don't need to write them out by hand. Other than that they don't provide much value.
