Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax needs work Lots of minor issues (I hope no major ones, won't know until my return is accepted). If I hadn't been using TurboTax since 1999, I would switch. It seems that it has gotten worse in some ways. However, it's better than doing it yourself.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from took very long. I felt like I have no control. I felt like I am just a button pusher on my keyboard. I don't understand anything I just filled out. I feel like TT wants us to remain ignorant on our taxes so we continue to fall victim to the overpriced 'help' they provide. If we are required to submit these every year, we should be required to learn this in school (and pass). I feel like my tax return is out of my hands, even before I see my W2s, and what's worse, they get more complicated every year.
