Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheats Not a fan of how I started on TurboTax Free and then just by filling out the forms I somehow got surreptitiously upgraded to Premium without so much as a notice that that was happening. Then despite the first attempt being rejected I was unable to clear and start over with Free again. So I was charged an absolutely absurd $200 for Premium services I did not remotely need and could no longer opt out of. Sneaky, predatory, cheat behavior from TurboTax.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from As always, there is at least one program error. Turbo Tax no longer imports from QuickBooks except in certain instances of older desktop versions. So I was left "high and dry" when trying to complete my taxes and had to enter my own data from QuickBooks. Also LLC entity was incorrect for the first partner entered, and no error was detected on TurboTax Audit. Partner's Schedule K-1 was incorrectly created and filed. Caused me to create an Amended return which WOULD NOT file electronically even though original WAS electronic.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is just OK Very difficult to understand reporting of 1099 Misc Income as explained by TurboTax. Keeps referring to a Schedule C link that is supposed to pop up for reporting. Does not happen. Does not let you e-file unless Schedule C info is reported. Not sure will use this service next year.
