Rated 5 out of 5 by from Life Saver I honestly don't know what I'd do without Turbo Tax. I started out filing my taxes on Turbo Tax years ago, but after opening a business and having a CPA, I tried an alternative tax agent a couple years ago which became a very unfortunate situation of never seeing my refund and IRS detecting fraudulent filing. I'm so happy to be back to using TurboTax - it's easier than easy, you can tell customer care is priority, the interface goes above and beyond to make things as simple as possible and you could even say fun with the whole "race meter" - all these additional features just make the process feel more like a game rather than a chore. Love love LOVE turbo tax!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from turbotax more like takesalifetimetax this was the worst experience i have ever had with filling with turbotax, and ive been a customer for 10 years i file every year with them but to start i bought the deluxe plus federal and state, but then it charges me 50 do download the state then another 25 a state so all in all i ended up spending over 150 to file myself, and the one time i have a problem i cant find anyone to contact for help but a phone bot that didn't know what i was saying when i asked to speak to someone. well next year looks like i'm off to find another tax service!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Changed Benefits of Quickbooks Subscription We used to get filings for free for subscribing to Self-Employment Quickbooks. Lost the ability to file for free and had to pay. Nothing changed in our filing schedules or requirements.

I'm so happy to be back to using TurboTax - it's easier than easy, you can tell customer care is priority, the interface goes above and beyond to make things as simple as possible and you could even say fun with the whole "race meter" - all these additional features just make the process feel more like a game rather than a chore. Love love LOVE turbo tax!!!
