Rated 4 out of 5 by from Do not fool your customers Your system design is the best, but you provides too many workers to harass my work. This is a small business and only makes a tiny money yearly. They asked to add them as my expert, and make certain section no working. I'm so disappointed that your staff keep interrupting my process. I'm an accountant myself. Hope this situation will not happen again next year.

However, I would eliminate requesting feedback during the process, that's what this is for. Also, requiring a nickname and then telling me it has already been taken is ridiculous

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good program that the IRS should be providing . Program features: when inputting drivers license numbers, the cursor should automaticlly go to the input box. When inputting the state for drivers license, the wrong screen scrolls up and down. At times during "importing documents" duplicates appear because of two acccountssd.. The program should be able to detect duplicate entries and have you confirm that they are correct. Dump the marketing tricks at the end of the program like "buy this protection"

Rated 3 out of 5 by from not very pleased this year not very pleased this year. I was charged for Premium when I did not need to be. I found Turbo Tax to be more difficult to use than in previous years. I have been using Turbo Tax at least since 2010.
