There were a lot of firsts with substantial tax implications this year and TurboTax held my hand every step of the way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super fast and easy I've been doing our taxes with TurboTax for nearly 10 years and each year I am surprised at how easy it was to file with them. Filing taxes isn't fun and it's usually something I put off until just a few weeks before the deadline. Luckily TurboTax has a process that makes filing fast and easy to understand.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Generally OK. However, could not import data. Could not import from Charles Schwab and I could only speak with an Intuit contractor, who could not help. Intuit should have employees available to address such problems.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from unexpected extra charges It's very convenient and thorough, however, after paying $82 for the Premier software I still had to pay additional costs of over $200. Don't remember having to pay all of these extra fees in previous years, even though I used the Premier edition and bought and sold investments.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ridiculous Charges I did not buy, sell, or trade ANY of my stocks. I strictly let me stocks run themselves and, yes, I did earn the interest from my dividends, but seriously? I HAD to upgrade to your Premium for information that was so clearly provided and that I was perfectly capable of inputting into your system? $178 out of my pocket. That was even higher than the amount I earned from my Dividends.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazingly user-friendly & easy to use for ANYONE I was so hesitant to let myself go against using a tax preparer individual or accoutnant as I always had... BUT, alas... I did it. AND, it was so stress free. I had a sour taste in my mouth after using my same guy last year and finally decided to do this. And, fingers crossed the return appears with no issues, this was such an easy process to do on my own using the Turbo Tax prompts. Even your child can do this!
