Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not always so simple There are areas that could be explained differently and more simply and things are getting more confusing. In the area of tax credits for solar, etc. words are used that are not understood by an older generation. (What's a fuel cell?) Wording feels tricky sometimes. The live help was no help at all and was on the touchy side. Couldn't get help when I needed it and it's too confusing to try and get live help...doesn't really feel like you want to have to help.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2022 Tax year Turbo tax was very easy to use. I needed to file returns from 2 states and the experience was seamless. Most companies allow you to import your information for easy transferal.I have used TurboTax for multiple years and im not disappointed with the results

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is ok I had to do my taxes at homo for health reasons, I worked so much during the year until now that I am unemployed. I worked to save up money because I am pregnant but ended up working too much that I ended up paying for taxes instead or receiving.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is not good Really rough and overly difficult. No clear steps for inputing beginning capital accounts numbers. Caused me several hours of frustration that should have taken minutes. Really surprised you have not dealt with this. Have found many similar comments on internet chat sites.
