The format and functionality changes to TurboTax this year have dramatically decreased the ease of use and intuitiveness, the speed car thing reminds me of a second rate used car salesman approach, and it is inflexible to move around in. I've used TurboTax for over 10 years, but if it's like this again next year, I will find another tax service. I'm very disappointed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Recommend Turbo Tax Having used Turbo Tax for a number of years now, I would recommend the service to anyone looking to file their own taxes. The process is easy, seamless and they do a great job of finding little known tax breaks to save money. In prior years I have also used the Live Help option, and they were very helpful and gracious about getting me to the right place to enter in deductions and get a higher tax break. I will certainly use the service again next year.
