Online Better Than CD Version
I tried the desktop version first. I had to go to the online version to file my crypto information. Other than that pretty smooth.

If I use Turbo Tax EVERY year,
Why do I have to go looking for infomation that was in last year's return? Comes up as an issue with the review. I am expected to fill in blanks that I have no idea where to find it on last year's return. Seems like this happens every year. It really has gone downhill in the last 10 years. Every year I say I am going to use different software next year....

TurboTax gave me the greatest challenge!
Multiple attempts to import my 1099-DIVs and 1099-INTs from Wells Fargo Advisors, TurboTax kept giving error messages, "The user cannot signon because he or she entered an invalid user ID or password." This message is false because I had been able to sign on to Wells Fargo Advisors website using the same login credentials. Calls to Tech Support were futile until the last one. It was my last hope. The TS person suggested changing my Wells Fargo Advisors password. Voila! it worked! TurboTax as it turned out does not accept the "&" as part of the password.

Turbo Tax is average
This time updates to the product were poor, better previous years now slower, not as clear as before, busy many interruptions, bring your old IT team back.

Good , I would, though, like to pay less in fees. But otherwise a solid service. May God Bless America again

Got my taxes done, but it wasn't easy
I've been using TurboTax since 2009 and I never had a problem. This year, (running Windows 11 Home), I installed TurboTax and the updates without any issues. I entered most of the information and closed the program. When I started TT back up, it prompted me to install updates. This time I got the 1603 error that indicated the updates had failed. I found two "fixes" on the web. The first one was to download and run the Manual Updates. I did, and the update program said it was successful. When I ran TT, I still got the message to install updates - which failed with the 1603 error. The second fix was to uninstall/reinstall TT. After I did that, the updates ran without error. After I finished my taxes and tried to eFile, I got the message that I needed to run updates. I got the same 1603 error again. I called TT support and they sent an email with a link that was to help solve the problem. Ran another successful manual update, but that didn't solve the problem. So, I uninstalled and reinstalled TT again and the updates installed without error. I quickly eFiled the taxes successfully. The bottom line is that I shouldn't have to uninstall/reinstall the software to get it to run properly.

turbo tax and their expert are awesome
I called turbo tax expert and she was so helpful and amazing. I was a little bit worried about my Engish but the expert helped me to fixed all of the problems. She was very friendly and paciente. I love to use turbo tax now.
